Clinicl Observation Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome Phase Ⅱ After Apoplexy By Fire Needle Therapy Treatment

Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of Fire Needle with traditional acupuncture on Shoulder-hand syndrome after Apoplexy phase Ⅱ.evaluate the clinical effects.Methods Gathering in Acupuncture Division, hospital treatment phase-Ⅱ in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after apoplexy in 60 cases, according to the order of admission were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases,30 patients in the control group. Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given basic treatment,Group was treated with fire-needle therapy, every 3rd treatment 1,18 days for 1 course. The control group was given acupuncture treatment,6 times per week,1 days,18 days for 1 course.Using statistical software spss17.0 on the Visual analog scale and Simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function and shoulder joint activity score and edema scores for statistical analysis.Results:1. The Visual analog scale total score after treatment were obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the declines in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The Simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function total score after treatment were improved in comparison with those before treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the increased in the treatment group than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The shoulder joint activity score score after treatment were obviously increased in comparison with those before treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);he increased in the treatment group than the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. The edema scores total score after treatment were obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment in both groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the declines in the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with of Shoulder-hand syndrome after Apoplexy phase Ⅱ by Fire Needle Therapy Treatment,Relieve pain and improve joint range of motion in shoulder and upper extremity motor function and edema,Has some therapeutic effect.
