Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy With Acupoint Injection Of Clinical Research On Shoulder Hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect between Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy with acupoint injection with common acupuncture therapy on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke(shoulder-hand syndrome, SHS),and compare the differences between groups,with the FMA score and VAS score before and after in the group,to provide a comprehensive clinical treatment that cost-effective for shoulder hand syndrome.Method:Met the inclusion criteria of stroke shoulder hand syndrome were integrated in 60 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,one group with Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy with acupoint injectiontherapy as the treatment group,another group with common acupuncture therapy as control group,30 cases in each group.As 6 weeks for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment,using VAS pain rating index standard,upper limb movement function Fugl-Meyer evaluation method,evaluation standard,evaluation of clinical curative effect of two groups were compared in each group,the changes before and after treatment,record the data,and used SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.After 3 months treatment,VAS pain rating scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05)in both groups.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).2.Two groups all can effectively improve patients with upper limb activity(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).3.Total effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group while 83.33% in control group with significant differences(P<0.05).Both therapies were effective while the result of Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy with acupoint injection in treating early-stage shoulder-hand syndrome is good with common acupuncture alone.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy with acupoint injection is one of the effective methods to treat shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy with acupoint injection have good curative effect,convenient operation,and low treatment cost.It is more in line with the pursuit of the fast rhythm of modern life style,with worthing clinical promotion.
