Clinical Observation Of Qingjin Huatan Decoction In Treating Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchiectasis (Phlegm-heat Stagnation Of Lung Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the total effective rate,symptom and sign integral,WBC,NEU%,CRP and hospitalization days of Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the 10 th day of treatment for patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome).To explore the clinical value of Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis,and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods: 60 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome)from the respiratory department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction plus basic treatment of Western medicine,while the control group was treated with basic treatment of Western medicine for 10 days.After the treatment,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety indicators.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the two groups on the 10 th day of treatment was 92.86% in the experimental group and 78.57% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.(2)There was no significant difference in fever symptoms and NEU% between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in the remaining indicators(P < 0.05),which was better than before treatment.(3)After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of symptoms and signs,the total scores of symptoms and signs,and the inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.(4)The difference of hospitalization days between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was shorter than the control group.(5)There were no adverse reactions during the treatment,and the safety evaluation was grade 1.Conclusion: Adding Qingjin Huatan Decoction to the treatment of basic Western medicine can improve the total effective rate of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome),relieve symptoms and signs such as cough,yellow pus sputum,blood in sputum,hemoptysis,chest distress,fever,dry heart,moist rale,improve WBC,NEU,CRP indicators and shorten the days of hospitalization.
