Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Intense Lung Heat Type AECOPD For Qingjin Huatan Decoction Combined With Western Medicine Treatment

ObjectivesObserve the QingJin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of lung heat congestion AECOPD compared to the pure western medicine treatment in the CAT score,Symptom score,PCT,Neutrophil percentage,chest X-ray changes and hospitalization time before and after following treatments,and then sum up that whether the combination can shorten the hospitalization time.MethodsSelected 60 cases of patients who diagnosed as Lung heat congestion of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assigned to treatment group and control group randomly and averagely by Random number method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,specific treatment plan include:0.9%Sodium Chloride Solution 2ml,Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation 2ml,inhalation of salbutamol sulfate solution 2ml,Budesonide Suspension for inhalation 2ml oxygen inhalation 3 times daily treatment for 5 days;the compatibility of 30mg ambroxol to 10ml 0.9%Sodium Chloride Solution 3 times daily for 5 days with oral,0.9%Sodium Chloride Solution and 100ml doxophylline 0.1g intravenously every 12 the 1 hour course for 5 days;when necessary to antibiotics,antipyretic,nutritional support and other treatment.The treatment group use the QingJin Huatan decoction decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Observe CAT score,PCT,chest X-ray and hospitalization time between two groups before and after treatment.Above data will be statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software then evaluate the clinical efficacy of QingJin Huatan decoction in the treatment of lung heat congestion AECOPD systematically which will provide the theoretical support for the clinical application of the day after.ResultsThe treatment group and control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05)in gender,age,CAT scorece,Symptom score,PCT and Neutrophil percentage before the treaments.The two groups were significantly decreased in the CAT score,Symptom score,PCT,Neutrophil percentage as well as the hospitalization time which indicated that considerable differences before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that QingJin Huatan decoction in the treatment of lung heat congestion AECOPD compared with simple western medicine treatment has significant clinical effect.ConclusionThe observation confirmed that Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine treatment is effective in improving clinical symptoms,shorten hospitalization time,is worthy of further promotion and application.
