Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of phlegm-heat stagnation pulmonary pneumonia in adults with community acquired pneumonia. Methods:The 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(simple western medicine treatment group)and the observation group(simple western medicine + traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment group, simple western medicine treatment + traditional Chinese medicine treatment group). The control group selected antibiotics, phlegm, and symptomatic treatment according to the guidelines and epidemiological results in the region of our province;the Chinese medicine oral treatment group was given oral treatment of Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group;the drug treatment group was given the basis of the control group.Qingjin Huatan Decoction was given directional permeation therapy. One course of treatment was 10 d.To observe the changes of cough, sputum, fever, chest pain,TCM symptom score, and the changes of inflammatory indexes(WBC,NE%,hypersensitive CRP)before treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment in each group.Finally,SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical processing of results.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in age, gender, course of disease, duration of antibiotic use, clinical symptoms and signs, scores of TCM symptoms, and inflammatory indicators(WBC,NE%,hypersensitive CRP)in each group(all P> 0.05).Moreover,no adverse reactions occurred in the 120 patients during the trial, and the study was successfully completed.2.Comparison in the single symptom score group:at the 3rd day,the improvement of all single symptom scores in the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group was statistically significant compared with that before treatment. At 10 d,the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(all P< 0.05).3.Comparison between single symptom score groups:at the 3rd day,the improvement degree of expectoration in the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 10 d,cough, sputum and chest pain were significantly improved, which were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of improvement of all symptoms between the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group(all P>0.05).4.Inflammatory indicators:the degree of improvement at the 3rd day of treatment and after treatment was statistically significant in the group(all P<0.05).The differences between the groups were not significant and showed no statistical significance(all P>0.05).5.Integral efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate was 72.5% in the control group,87.5% in the oral Chinese medicine group, and 90% in the permeable Chinese medicine group.Compared with the control group, the oral Chinese medicine group and the permeable Chinese medicine group had statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The control group, the Chinese medicine oral group, and the Chinese medicine penetration group are all effective for the treatment of adult community-acquired pneumonia(non-severe)with phlegm-heat stagnation pulmonary type, and the total effective rate of the combined Chinese medicine treatment is significantly higher than that of the control group.2.The clinical efficacy of Qingjin Huatan Decoction through antibiotic therapy combined with antibiotics on adult community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat stagnation of lung type is definite, and it is worthy of promotion for patients who cannot take oral Chinese medicine or are unwilling to take oral Chinese medicine. |
