| background:Cervical spondylosis is also called cervical vertebra syndrome, including cervical nerve root, spinal cord and vertebral artery and cervical sympathetic nerve stimulation and oppression which appear a series of comprehensive syndrome. This’s slow onset of the disease, the characteristic of this disease is the pain often happen to the head, neck, shoulder and upper limb, as well as progressive as the primary symptom body sensory and motor dysfunction. Clinical performance:light person giddy, headache, nausea, neck and shoulder pain, upper limb pain, numbness, weakness; The person that weigh can lead to paralysis, and even life-threatening. The occurrence of cervical spondylosis has seriously affected the quality of people’s normal life and work. In modern society, with the accelerating pace of life, increasing work pressure, the higher frequency use of computers and other electronic products such as mobile phones, cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, CSA in the clinical incidence of a disease is in constant growth. According to the clinical research proves that CSA incidence was 17% in our country, and has a rising trend year by year, only second to cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, CSA will become one of the important disease of disease of the spine.Objective:Analysis of du meridian suspended moxibustion combined with cupping treatment the curative effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Using prospective randomized controlled trial of the clinical study methods, select 90 cases of traditional Chinese acupuncture clinic or other patients in the hospital, use the strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to determine subjects, conform to the standards of subjects taken randomized method, grouping:proportion to the treatment group and control group 1 (the curative group) and control group 2 (du meridian suspended moxibustion),30 cases in each group. The du meridian suspended moxibustion combined with cupping method is used for the treatment group and control group 1 use the conventional electric acupuncture methods, control group 2 use du meridian suspended moxibustion methods. The above treatment 1 day 1 time,5 days for a period of treatment, Total take 2 course of treatment. Fill in assessment of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, and before and after treatment by TCD determination of intracranial vertebral artery and the average of VM. Observed different treatment of vertebral-basilar artery system, the influence of data will use software SPSS for statistical analysis, evaluation of du meridian suspended moxibustion combined with the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Results:Treatment group cure rate was 50%, total effective rate was 96.67%, control group 1 the cure rate was 20%, total effective rate was 90%, control group 2 cure rate was 20%, total effective rate was 93.33%.Treatment group and control group 1, control group 2 in theirs rating score comparison before and after treatment symptoms were significantly different (P< 0.05), the treatment of three groups were improved. Three groups after comparing two by two, found that respectively compared with the treatment group and control group 1 and control group 2 indicates a significant difference (P< 0.05), while control group 1 and control group 2 have no significant difference, the treatment group therapy effect is better.Three groups before and after the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery average of VM itself compared to prompt difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the three groups can improve the average of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, by comparing these three group two bytwo, found that treatment group effect on the blood flow velocity has significantly greater than the other two control groups, and the contrast between the two control groups is not significant.Conclusion:This study found that du meridian suspended moxibustion combined with electricity for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has obvious clinical efficacy, it can improve patients’ symptoms and provide patients life quality. By TCD detection, this method can improve the blood flow velocity of vertebral-basilar artery system, this treatment’s effect is better than two control groups’ methods. Combine of both, can improve the effect of clinical treatment, give the clinical treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis provides a new train of thought. It’s less side effects and Significant effects are worth popularizing clinically. |
