Objectives The clinical characteristics and risk factors of rosacea were discussed through the study of clinical data and related factors. Methods A total of 189 cases were included as case group for rosacea patients diagnosed by dermatology outpatient clinic in hospitals affiliated with North China University of Technology from October 2017 to December 2018,based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study was based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 181 cases of medical examiners from the Medical Examination Department of the Hospital of North China University of Technology from October 2017 to December 2018 as the control group.Issuance of questionnaires to all personnel,Collect the general situation of the research object(age sex smoking drinking face frequency sleep time, etc),Clinical conditions(Family genetic history constipation allergy history, etc),the type and rash distribution of rose acne type rash in the clinical characteristics of the case group were completed by the questionnaire doctor through the examination and condition of the skin specialty of the patients with rosacea.Timely entry of data collation data for statistical analysis of data. Results 1 Analysis of clinical characteristics of rosacea:1)The ratio of male to female in acne patients is 1:2.80,and the age of onset is mainly concentrated in 30-50 years old;2)The most common type of erythema telangiectasia was 47.9%,followed by papule pustular type, accounting for 39.2%,accounting for 87.1%;3)Common rash types are erythema, telangiectasia, papules, pustules, inflammatory plaques,nodules;4)There were differences in erythema telangiectasia and papule pustular type in the oral,Cheek part skin lesions(P<0.05);5)Common facial symptoms were dryness, burning, tingling, swelling, and itching. There were differences in erythema telangiectasia and papule pustular type in the distribution of dry skin, tingling and swelling(P<0.05);6)The factors of aggravation of rosacea are high temperature environment, sun exposure, spicy diet, drinking, mood changes, cosmetics and seasonal changes.2 Analysis of risk factors of rosacea :1)In the univariate analysis, family history of rosacea, gender, constipation, washing water temperature, and sun exposure time may be the influencing factors of the incidence of rosacea(P<0.05).2)In the multivariate analysis, statistically significant single factor indicators in the univariate analysis were included in the logistic regression model,Results are as follows:Family history of positive rosacea(OR=3.028,95% CI 1.483~6.182,P<0.05),constipation(OR=2.292,95% CI 1.174~4.477,P<0.05),gender(OR=1.890,95%CI 1.169 ~3.056,P<0.05),high wash water temperature(OR=1.756,95% CI 1.014~3.042,P<0.05),sun exposure time(OR=1.792,95% CI 1.129~2.842,P<0.05).Conclusions 1 There are many women with rosacea, the age of onset is concentrated at30-50 years, the clinical type of erythema capillary dilatation and papules pustules is the most common.2 There were differences in rash distribution and clinical symptoms between erythema capillary dilatation and papules pustular type rosacea.3 The aggravating factors of rosacea are,in turn, high temperature environment, sun exposure, spicy diet, alcohol consumption, mood changes, cosmetics and seasonal changes.4 Rosacea positive family history, women, constipation, sun exposure time ? 1 hour, high washing water temperature may be a risk factor for the disease of rosacea.Figure 6;Table 10;Reference 184...
