ObjectiveTo observe the dermoscopy performance before and after treatment of rosacea, discussing the characteristics of dermoscopy and the relationship between skin lesion improvemence and dermoscopy, providing objective basis for disease diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment detection.MethodsAccording to the 2016 Chinese Rose Acne Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines,126 patients who were treated in the dermatology clinic of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July 2019 to January2020 were selected, filled out the questionnaire(Annex 1),and 110 patients that met the inclusion criteria were screened out 28 patients who were revisited were compared before and after treatment, and clinical images and dermoscopy images were collected.Statistical analysis of background color, blood vessel morphology, blood vessel distribution and non-vascular structure under dermoscopy, and comparative analysis of changes in dermoscopy characteristics before and after treatment.ResultsThe dermoscopy features of rosacea patients are often red or dark red background(78,70.91%),linear blood vessels(81,73.64%),branched blood vessels(79,71.82%),polygonal blood vessels(60,54.55%)distributed in a net shape(66,60.00%).2.Non-vascular structures are commonly hair follicle angle plugs(40,36.36%),papule pustules(41,37.27%),and often show no scaling(69,62.73%).Micropapular pustules were found in 12 cases of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea and 1 case of phymatous rosacea.3.Among 110 patients of rosecea,19 patients of fiber grid-like structure and 1 case of rosette-like structure were observed.4.The dermoscopy manifestations of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea, papulopustular rosacea, erythematotelangiectatic rosacea and merge with papulopustular rosacea are all distributed on a red or dark red background, linear, branched and polygonal blood vessels. The main, and there is no statistical difference between the three groups(P> 0.05);Pimples and pimples are more common in patients with papulopustular rosacea and merge with erythema telangiectasia(P = 0.000 <0.05);patients with rosaceaoften show no scales, and the difference between the three groups is statistically significant(P = 0.015<0.05),a further comparison showed that scales were more common in papular pustular rosacea.5..Before and after treatment, the background color changed from red or dark red to light red or yellow-red,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Polygonal vessels disappeared in 3 patients after treatment, and branched vessels disappeared in 1 patient, however, there was no significant difference in the morphological changes of blood vessels before and after treatment;the distribution of blood vessels changed from network to cluster, and the difference was not statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion1.The common dermoscopy features of rosacea patients are linear, branched or polygonal vessels arranged in a mesh on a red or dark red background.2.The characteristics of dermoscopy before and after treatment of rosacea patients are not obvious, and vasodilation persisted.
