The Risk Factors And The Damage Of Skin Barrier Function Of Rosacea In Shijiazhuang

Rosacea was a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occured in the middle of the face.It was clinically divided into erythematotelangiectatic rosacea,papulopustular rosacea,phymatous rasacea,and ocular rosacea.It was often accompanied by the felling of burning,acupuncture and itching.The etiology and pathogenesis of rosacea were still unclear,and the risk factors were diverse.Rosacea might be associated with other systemic diseases,and the treatment effect was not satisfied,which seriously affected the quality of patients' s life.The research investigated the risk factors,symptoms,combined diseases of rosacea,the relationship between the classification of rosacea and the severity of impaired skin barrier function,which can provide some help for the prevention and treatment of rosacea.Objective: To understand the clinical features,risk factors,symptoms and complications of rosacea in Shijiazhuang,and the relationship between the classification of rosacea and the severity of impaired skin barrier function.Methods:In this research,the questionnaires were used to collect information on general conditions,living habits,self-conscious symptoms,and combined disease in the case group and the control group.At the same time,the study evaluated the severity of the skin barrier function and made the classification of rosacea for the case group.The analysis was performed by statistical software to obtain relevant results.Results:The great majority population of rosacea in Shijiazhuang was more common in 26-55 years old,and male to female ratio of 1:3.5.The most common type was papulopustular type.The Most common self-conscious symptoms were burning,tightness and itching.Temperature,sun protection,application of alkaline cleansing products and glucocorticoid ointment,Fitzpatrick skin type,type A personality,sleep time were independent risk factors for rosacea.Rosacea can be combined with other systemic diseases.There was no correlation between the rosacea classification and the severity of impaired skin barrier function.Conclusion:Rosacea was common in middle-aged women in Shijiazhuang.The most common type was papulopustular type.It had many self-conscious symptoms and was easy to be combined with other systemic diseases.The incidence was related to various risk factors.It was important to prevent rosacea from lifestyle,and pay attention to the prevention and treatment for the combine diseases.
