In 1998,the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council issued the "Notice on the Release of the Method for Trial Implementation of Clinical Medical Professional Degree" and decided to add a clinical medical professional degree,which indicates that the training of high-level medical talents in China will be strategically adjusted from academic-oriented purposes to application-oriented purposes.Under the guidance of the strategy at the level of nation,the medical schools take how to control the cultivating quality of clinical medical professional degree graduates,how to implement the cultivating scheme and how to cultivate qualified clinicians as important topics to conduct continuous exploration and research.At the same time,with the enlarging of students enrollment,a number of new problems in the mediccal college students management have emerged.Under this background,the construction of a networked information management platform is particularly important.In order to meet the challenges of the era,medical colleges must make full use of modern information technology and innovate traditional management mode and method to adapt to the education idea and management mode of the information age,to gradually realize the informatization and scientization of medical education management and effectively improve the postgraduate education and management quality.As a special group of higher education,medical students have more lessons-burden than those of ordinary colleges and universities due to the specialism and professionalism of Medicine.How to guide the medical students to study more effectively is a question we have been thinking about,as well as a key link of cultivating quality control.As early as 2010,Hu Jintao pointed out in his speech at the National Education Conference that education informationization should be used to promote education modernization and should be incorporated into the overall strategy of national informationization development,to promote the sharing of high quality education,what is said above will become a basic national policy of education development in China.Under the call of this basic national policy,studying how to make better use of modern information technology to improve the level of medical education and paying high attention to the positive effect of informationization to clinical training have become a common feature of competitive clinical hospitals.With the gradual deepening of information construction of medical education industry,the application of IT technology has become an indispensable booster for the development of our industry.At the present stage,it is entirely possible and absolutely necessary to realize the whole process management of clinical training through the application of reasonable IT systems.This paper explores the use of information platform in postgraduate clinical training to improve the quality of training.Study purpose: Modern information technology can positively affect the quality of medical education by changing the traditional single training mode.This study draws on the idea of modern training to spur all employees to take part in and helps management department quickly learn the actual status of skill training and the evaluation of training through the establishment of informationization training and evaluation system,thus providing a basis for improving the training procedures.Data exchange and information sharing can be reached by taking advantage of modern information technologies like We-chat,videos,teaching resource database and virtual training etc.to constantly enrich teaching methods.The purpose of study is therefore to reform training methods and means,renew evaluation management of training quality,improve training efficiency,promote the development of medical education,serving the society in a better way.Study methods: Systematically collect all kinds of existing materials about medical clinical skills training,analyze data by data analysis method,and point out the transformation and main tasks which medical postgraduates have to face under both the new educational mode and the current circumstances.Case method applies to theory analysis part and system proposal implementation part.Teach postgraduates of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital with different training modes and afterwards compare the difference of test results between experimental and control groups,distribute questionnaires,conducting studies in regards to satisfaction,effect and recognition etc.,summarize problems arising from the establishment and process of curricula as well as the design of platform,carry out the study through general recording of cases and in-depth analysis of specific cases.Use statistical analysis method to study the rising of students' clinical skills training efficiency under new training and information systems.Study results: in the analysis of the scores of students from both experimental and control groups in this study,no significant difference between online and offline groups was found in the test of surgical hand washing,while significant difference with P<0.01 was found in the following 5 tests: abdominal puncture,lumbar puncture,bone puncture,chest puncture as well as disinfection and draping.According to the recording,online group's result of the aforementioned 5 test is better.According to the statistics result collected and analyzed on the basis of the questionnaires responded by teachers,online and offline groups,it is preferred by most of the clinical teachers to train students adopting mixed training mode with some teachers who believe new training method can greatly improve teaching efficiency having already carried out training and teaching with new teaching method.Online group believe mixed training mode with better recognition,satisfaction and acceptance is in line with the features of clinical skills training.In the questionnaire,the willingness to adopt this training mode in other curricula is also surveyed with a result that 31 respondents accounting for 67.3% of surveyed population select “very much” and “yes”.The fact that 50.1% of offline group are willing to adopt mixed training method means that the acceptance of mixed training mode among students is moderate.Study conclusion: Build the informationization platform of clinical training management through the analysis of the needs of clinical training by postgraduates.Create mixed training mode by the combination of online and offline learning,which consequently will shorten training period,improve training efficiency,increase teacher-student interaction,develop the ability of independent learning,and at the same time implement and follow up the teaching-learning process,therefore providing data information for further evaluation of performance of teachers and students.During the empirical study,we will provide the proposal for further perfection to increase students' understanding of the new model and make the training courses more interesting and innovative,optimizing the design of curricula and improving the performance of the platform..
