In China,clinical medicine postgraduate education is an important component of higher medical education. As the core training of clinical medicine postgraduate,clinical skills is the key factor to improve the quality of clinical medicine postgraduate education.ObjectiveTo understand the clinical competence of the clinical medicine postgraduate who were cultured the new model which is combined between clinical medicine postgraduate education and standardized training of clinical residents. To understand the appraisal of students, their tutors and superviors to the existing training model of clinical evaluation. We also analysis the current problems and seek some solutions to the problems.MethodWe collected the data through literature review, hospital survey, questionnaire survey of postgraduates from 2009~2013 and their tutors and their supervisors. The database was built by Epidata 2.0 software. One-way ANOVA, nonparametric test, Chi square test and other statistical methods were be used for the study with α=0.05 after the detection. ResultThrough the survey, with the continuous improvement mode, the pass rate of examinations of doctors’ qualification of postgraduates and standardized residency training from 2009~2011 were statistically analyzed by both the rate year by year increased significantly. The simulation results of treatment in grade 2011 is higher than postgraduates in grade 2009 and 2010. The science of interrogation results, examination results, medical writing scores and clinical thinking in internal medicine is higher than pediatric and surgical specialties.Research shows that the vast majority of graduate students and their tutors and rotary department teaching teachers think will graduate education in professional degree of clinical medicine and the combination of resident standardization training training ways are helpful to the graduate employment in the future; With 91.58% of graduate students, 73.33% of the teachers and 73.33% of clinical teaching teachers to professional degree of clinical medicine postgraduate training in clinical skills do the emphasis of "value" or "very seriously"(P = 0.000 < 0.05); 77.89% of graduate students, 80% of teachers, 80% of the clinical guru rotation, the current management is good or good clinical rotation(P = 0.040 < 0.05); 80% of graduate students, 66.67% of teachers, 63.16% of the rotary unit teaching teachers said the current vocational graduate students clinical ability cultivation model satisfied or satisfaction(P = 0.000 < 0.05). ConclusionTo aim at applied medical personnel, we establish clinical competence training model that which is combined clinical medicine postgraduate education with standardized training of clinical residents and transforming teaching mode of clinical skills. After some years of practice, there is a significant effect of teaching, improving the clinical skills of medical students.This mode will be the important measures to cultivate medical talents of high quality and avoid the waste of medical education resources.
