| ObjectiveAlong with our country the development of the social economy, the reform of the medical system, the relationship between the doctors and the students had been more worse and worse gradually. It took place many changes and it resulted in tremendous injury and loss for the hospitals and patients. After we take the deeply analysis, we believe that the reason for the relationship of changes are not enough for mutual trust and respect. Cure to suffer from the cancellation that relates to the status, we need both parties'joint effort and the society's understanding. Especially, the doctor need to continuously raise more and more communication skills. Good relationship and communication between the doctors and patients can create harmonious situations and promote to cure the foundation of both parties'mutual trust, and that is also focus on the meaning "taking patients as the center of the relationships". Learning the situations of the relationship in China resident training propramme, we explore and establish a series standards of evaluation of the residents that is suitable in China. This is to relieve the hard relationship in China and to promote the globalization for medical education in China. It also can push the reform of residency training in China and has huge realistic meaning.Object and MethodMaking use of 360-degree feedbacks questionnaires that focus on the communication skills and professionlisim from the university of Washington in USA, we will evaluate the situation of communication skills and professionlisim of one years residents in diffrent 19 hospitals in China. The questionaies include 6 forms. It is as following:the teacher-evalution form, the self-evalution form, nurse-evalution form, the administor-evalution form, the peer-evalution form, the patients-evalution form. Then we collect the datas of 518 resident in communication skills and Professionalism and analysis the data, then learn the situations of the relationship in China resident training propramme and explore and establish a series standards of evaluation of the residents that is suitable in China.ResultThe validity and reliability of the evaluation forms in this research are good. For different hospitals, there are significant difference in evaluation forms that include the teacher-evalution form, the self-evalution form, nurse-evalution form, the administor-evalution form, the peer-evalution form, the patients-evalution form. The same as the tatal scores of the residents from the different hospitals. For diferrent parties, there are also significant difference. The scores from high to low are followings: the self-evalution form, the teacher-evalution form, the administor-evalution form, the peer-evalution form, nurse-evalution form, the patients-evalution form. The coefficients of pearson's correlation among the teacher-evalution,, the nurse-evalution, the peer-evalution, the patients-evalution are high. But the coefficients of pearson's correlation between the administor-evalution and other parties-evaluations are low. There are significant differences in statistics. The coefficients of pearson's correlation between the self-evalution and the others that include teacher-evalution,, the nurse-evalution, the peer-evalution, the patients-evalution are high, and the coefficient of pearson's correlation between the self-evalution and the administor-evalution. There are both significant difference in statistics.Conclusion1. The situation of communication skills and professionlisim of the residents in China is better, but is stayed to a further exaltation in some aspects.2.360 degrees evaluation feedback is useful for evaluation resident in communication skills and professionlisim. And it is amore objective, scientific, effective, realistic.3. The method of 360 degrees evaluation feedback is useful for the development and promotion of residency training and has better effect and is suitable for China residents with good application.
