| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction combined with cupping at Shenque acupoint in the treatment of chronic urticaria(wind-cold and stasis type).Methods: In this study,108 patients with chronic urticaria who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group 1(n=36),treatment group 2(n=36)and control group(n=36).Treatment group1 received Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction orally combined with Shenque acupoint cupping,treatment group 2 received Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction orally,and the control group received Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets orally.The evaluation time of curative effect was 28 days.The scores of symptoms and signs of urticaria,DLQI score of quality of life and adverse reactions of the three groups were recorded before treatment,14 days and 28 days after treatment respectively,in order to comprehensively analyze the improvement of relevant indexes of the selected patients and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the three treatments.And follow-up records,14 days after withdrawal of urticaria symptoms and signs of the score and recurrence situation,in order to judge the stability of clinical efficacy.Results:1.The symptoms and signs scores of urticaria and DLQI scores in the three groups after 14 and 28 days of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of urticaria in the two treatment groups were better than those in the control group,and that in treatment group 1 was better than that in treatment group 2(P<0.05).In terms of DLQI score,treatment group 1was better than treatment group 2 and control group(P<0.05).After 28 days of treatment,the symptoms and signs scores of urticaria and DLQI scores in the two treatment groups were better than those in the control group,and those in treatment group 1 were better than those in treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.Taking the improvement degree of urticaria symptom and sign score after 28 days of treatment as the curative effect judgment index,the total effective rates of treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group were90.91%,82.35% and 72.73%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the two treatment groups were better than the control group,and treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2.3.After 14 days of drug withdrawal,the scores of each group were compared with those of this group at 28 days,there was no significant fluctuation in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P>0.05),but the score in the control group showed an upward trend(P<0.05).It is suggested that the curative effect of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 is more stable.In addition,in terms of recurrence among the three groups of patients,the treatment group 1 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction combined with Shenque acupoint cupping can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of urticaria in patients with chronic urticaria(wind-cold and stasis type),and the curative effect is better than Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets.2.Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction combined with Shenque acupoint cupping can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of urticaria in patients with chronic urticaria(wind-cold and stasis type),and the curative effect is better than Guishe Tongluo Xiaozhen Decoction and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets. |
