Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Point Thread Combined With Shen Que Acupoint Cupping For Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Spleendeficiency Wet Type)

Objective: To observe the curative effect difference between acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque acupoint cupping and pinaverium bromide tablets through clinical randomized controlled trial,to evaluate the effectiveness and excellence of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque acupoint cupping in the treatment of IBS-D,so as to provide clinical basis for acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque cupping in the treatment of this disease.Methods: 68 patients with IBS-D collected from acupuncture clinical center and gastroenterology clinic were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque acupoint cupping therapy,and the control group was treated with piwei ammonium bromide tablets.The changes of IBS symptom severity score,IBS quality of life scale,TCM syndrome scale and Bristol stool classification scale were observed in the two groups before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and clinical follow-up.The effectiveness and excellence of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque cupping therapy were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.The data of age,sex and course of disease in the two groups were balanced,and the data of IBS-SSS,IBS-QOL,TCM syndrome scale and Bristol stool classification table before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05).2.The total clinical effective rate of the two groups: the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms shows that there is a sharp difference in the effective rate between the two groups(treatment group: 93.10%,control group: 71.88%),that is,the curative effect of the treatment group is more accurate(P < 0.05).3.Data evaluation index: the four evaluation scales of IBS-SSS,IBS-QOL,TCM syndrome and Bristol stool classification scale of the two groups were analyzed,and the scores showed a trend of improvement in varying degrees at the end of the 6-week treatment cycle(P < 0.05).Observing the difference between acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque cupping and piveronium bromide tablets,IBS-SSS score,IBS-QOL score and TCM syndrome score were improved more significantly,and the effect of Bristol stool classification scale score in the treatment group was more significant during follow-up.4.The incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25% in the treatment group and 23.1% in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral pinaverium bromide tablets and acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque cupping therapy can effectively treat patients with IBS-D,reduce abdominal pain and diarrhea frequency,improve patients’ physical and mental state,and improve life well-being.2.Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Shenque cupping is more effective in the treatment of IBS-D with spleen deficiency and dampness than oral pinaverium bromide tablets,and the prognosis and long-term effect are better,so it is worthy of clinical application.
