| Objective: By observing from ingesting particles in emergency observation room in the clinical curative effect of treatment of acute alcohol intoxication,in order to seek more ease symptoms of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the thinking way for Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of acute alcoholism.Methods:76 cases of acute alcoholism patients in the observation room of the emergency department of sichuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2017 to March 2019 were collected as the research objects.Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were strictly followed.SPSS 23.0 software package was selected to generate a random number table,and 38 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with xingjiu granules.The observation period was 24 h,and the changes of ataxia score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded at admission,1h and 3h,respectively.The patients' awakening time,symptom complete disappearance time and observation time were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed.All data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software package.Result:1.Comparative analysis of the two groups: there was no statistically significant difference in the general data of the enrolled patients(P>0.05),and the baseline was consistent and comparable.2.Comparative analysis of the two groups after treatment:(1)awakening time: the awakening time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)time of complete symptom disappearance: the time of complete symptom disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,andthe difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)duration of observation: the duration of observation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)ICARS score: both observation group and control group could improve ICARS score after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)TCM symptom score: both the observation group and the control group could improve the TCM symptom score after treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(6)comparison of curative effect: the total curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared,the effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,and its total curative effect was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Safety analysis: no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Through the clinical study,the observation group is superior to the control group,which indicates that xingjiu granule has certain curative effect advantage in the clinical treatment of acute alcoholism. |
