Objective: To prove the curative effect of Jiusuyu on acute alcoholism and further for the alleviating a hangover protective l mechanism on mucosal of acute alcoholism mice through the animal experiment.MethodsPart 1: The functiona research of alleviating a hangover and promoting awake of Jiusuyu and effect of Jiusuyu on alcohol metabolism of acute alcoholism mice1.The effect of Jiusuyu on ebriety rate,ebriety time of acute alcoholism mice observed after preventing treatmentThe healthy mice,bisexual and each half,were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 mice every group,namely model group(equal volume physiolo -gical saline were given through the means of watering stomach),low-dose group of Jiusuyu (called low-dose group,16.2g/kg avoirdupois Jiusuyu drinked through the means of watering stomach),high- dose group of Jiusuyu (called high-dose group,32.4g/kg avoir -dupois Jiusuyu drinked through the means of watering stomach),and Gehuajiecheng liquid control group(called control group,13.1g/kg avoirdupois Gehuajiecheng liquid were drinked through the means of watering stomach). after fast for 12 hs,Then each treatment groups was given medicine through the means of watering stomach for one time. After 30min,56 degree Hongxingerguotou alcohol were given each groups through the means of watering stomach exceped for normal group according to 14ml/kg avoirdupois. Ebriety time (The durations from clear-headed to the disappear of righting reflex) was observed and recorded. The normal of ebriety time was judged by disappear of righting reflex.
