purpose:To observe the immediate analgesic effect and the improvement of symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea due to cold and dampness, and to compare the curative effect of the two methods, and to provide more treatment options for dysmenorrhea.Effective clinical thinking and objective basis.method:In this study,72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(leifire moxibustion group)and control group(general moxibustion group),36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with thunder and moxibustion, and the control group was treated with ordinary moxibustion. Both groups were treated once in the onset of dysmenorrhea, and the treatment time was 30 minutes.Observe and record the pain visual analogue(VAS)scores of patients before treatment,10 minutes of treatment,20 minutes of treatment,30 minutes of treatment(end of treatment)and after treatment(30 minutes of observation period,60 minutes of observation period,90 minutes of observation period),and pre-treatment and treatment of patients Symptom score at 30 min(end of treatment).result:1.Comparison of general data: The age,age of menarche, duration of disease, degree of severity(VAS score before treatment, symptom score before treatment)were compared between the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the baseline was consistent.,comparable.2.Comparison within the treatment group: The difference between the observation time points and the pre-treatment VAS scores in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01);the treatment was 10 minutes, the treatment was 20 minutes, and the VAS score was compared with the previous time point. There was statistically significant(P<0.01);the difference of VAS scores at 30 min and 30 min after the observation was statistically significant, but there was no statisticallysignificant(0.01<P<0.05);the observation period was 60 min. There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the observation period and the previous time point(P>0.05).In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the pre-treatment symptom scores at 30min(end of treatment)(P<0.01).3.Comparison in the control group: The difference between the observation time points and the pre-treatment VAS scores in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of VAS scores at 10 min,20 min,30 min and the previous time was compared. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the observation period of 30 min and the observation period of 60 min and the previous time point(P>0.05).In addition, the control group was compared with the pre-treatment symptom scores at30 min(end of treatment),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The VAS score of the control group at 90 min was greater than the VAS score of 60 min during the observation period, but the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Comparison of VAS score and VAS score at each observation time point between the two groups: There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).6.Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups at 30 minutes(end of treatment): The symptom scores were compared between the two groups at 30minutes(end of treatment),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Comparison of safety: Both methods have good safety in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold and dampness, and the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).conclusion:1.Thunder fire moxibustion method and common moxibustion method have good immediate analgesic effect on cold and damp stagnation type primary dysmenorrhea, and Leihuo moxibustion method is obviously superior to common moxibustion method in relieving dysmenorrhea.2.Leihuo moxibustion treatment of cold and damp stagnation type of primary dysmenorrhea can reach the plateau of efficacy in a shorter period of time, and also has an advantage in the duration of analgesic effect.3.Leihuo moxibustion method and common moxibustion method can effectively improve the abdominal pain and other accompanying symptoms of cold and damp stagnation type of primary dysmenorrhea, and the thunder fire moxibustion method is superior to the common moxibustion method.4.Leihuo moxibustion and common moxibustion treatment of cold and damp stagnation type of primary dysmenorrhea have good safety.
