The Study Of Thunder-fire Moxibust Ion In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold-coagulation-stasis Type

ObjectiveThrough observing the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation-stasis type,the improvement of pain degree,TCM symptom integral and blood PGE2 content after thunder-fire moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation-stasis type was studied.The clinical application of thunder-fire moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation-stasis type was clarified,and the scientific basis for the popularization and ApplicationMethodAll cases were from the acupuncture clinic of Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2018.The total number of samples in this study was 60.All patients met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases treated by thunder-fire moxibustion)and control group(30 cases treated by ibuprofen orally).Before and after 3 months of treatment,the VAS scale of simulated visual pain,the detection of PGE2 content in peripheral blood and the score of TCM symptoms were used to evaluate the data.The database was established by Excel table software and the statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result1.Comparison of VAS score between two groups after treatmentCompared with the control group,the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment,suggesting that both groups can relieve pain and anxiety of dysmenorrhea significantly.The VAS score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was compared(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group,indicating that the pain degree of dysmenorrhea patients in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group after treatment.Ease.2.Comparison of serum PGE2 levels between the two groups after treatmentCompared with the control group,the content of blood PGE2 in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment,suggesting that both groups can effectively regulate the level of human endocrine and the content of blood PGE2 to alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms.Compared between the two groups,the content of blood PGE2 in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was adjusting.The content of PGE2 in the blood of the patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,suggesting that the treatment can better alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms.ConclusionOn the basis of traditional medicine and current literature research,this study selected Zhongji,Zusanli,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Di ji and other acupoints by clinical observation,and adopted thunder-fire moxibustion therapy.After checking several scales and blood physicochemical indexes,the following conclusions can be drawn:After treatment,both thunder-fire moxibustion and Fenbid tablets can effectively relieve pain symptoms and TCM symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and adjust hormone levels in the body.But thunder-fire moxibustion therapy is better than oral ibuprofen group in relieving pain symptoms,reducing TCM syndrome score and reducing blood PGE2 level.
