Clinical Observation On Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Treatment Of Low Back Pain In Patients With Primary Osteoporosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Thunder-fire moxibustion on low back pain in patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with primary osteoporosis who had low back pain as the main symptom in the acupuncture rehabilitation department and orthopedic clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases.The control group used basic treat,ment,including adjustment of lifestyle,that is,strengthening nutrient intake,balancing daily diet,adequate sunshine,proper regular exercise,etc.;while taking the daily required calcium,the treatment group increased the thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Each treatment lasts for 30 minutes,three times a week.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and before the treatment,at the end of 4 weeks of treatmen,after 1 month of treatment follow-up,the patient's low back pain VAS score,ODI score,multi-cleft muscle Young's modulus value and TCM certificate were observed.Results:At the end of treatment and 1 month follow-up,the low-back pain VAS score,ODI score,multi-cracking muscle Young's modulus value and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than before treatment.Among them,the observation indexes at the end of treatment and 1 month af'ter the treatment in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).At the end of the treatment group and after 1 month of follow-up,the multi-cleft muscles were observed.The Young's modulus was not significantly different f'rom that before treatment(P>0.05).The other indexes were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).At the end of treatlment and 1 month of follow-up,the two groups were compared with each other.The treatment group was superior to the control group in each observation index,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion has obvious synergistic effect in improving the symptoms of low back pain,improving the exercise capacity,improving the quality of life and relieving muscle spasm in patients with osteoporosis.The curative effect has certain sustainability and high safety.,with clinical promotion value.
