Study On Government Supervision Of Private Medical Institutions In Lianhu District,Xi'an City

With the rapid development of China's economy,the quality of life of the public has improved significantly,and the public's demand for medical and health services has also increased.Therefore,private medical institutions in China are also increasing.More and more private medical institutions play a role in the daily life of residents.At the same time,the regulatory requirements of private medical institutions are increasingly prominent.The private medical institutions in Lianhu District of Xi'an have developed rapidly in recent years.At present,there are nearly 100 different types of private medical institutions including outpatient clinics,clinics and clinics.While providing more and more public medical services,there are also many problems.The current supervision situation of private medical institutions in Lianhu District includes: issuing access to institutions,professional qualifications of personnel,and so on.A series of policies,including medical equipment management,strictly stipulating the responsibilities and contents of health supervision and management,implementing hierarchical management and checking and acceptance of scores,setting up health supervision institutes and four major stock offices to strengthen supervision,have achieved certain results,while there are uncertainties and unsystematic regulatory policies,simple price supervision means and financial risks;In order to solve these problems,we must learn from foreign practices in the management of medical institutions and practitioners,and from the experience of some advanced cities in China in the supervision of private medical institutions to improve the supervision of private medical institutions in Lianhu District of Xi'an City.We must improve the supervision of private medical institutions in Lianhu District of Xi'an City from relevant laws and regulations,medical insurance supervision and withdrawal mechanism.To improve the quality of supervision,strengthen law enforcement and implement network monitoring,we should start with citizen supervision,regulatory coordination system and quantitative and hierarchical management.
