According to statistics,by the end of 2018,the elderly population over 60 years old in China has reached 249 million people, accounting for17.9% of the total population, and the degree of population aging has further deepened.Faced with the severe situation of population aging and the huge challenge of special elderly groups, the cause of pension service is not only related to specific individuals or families, but also to the development of the whole country and society. It has become an important national social security problem.Since 2013,our government has issued a series of policy documents to continuously plan and construct the service for the aged. The system of medical care combined with the service for the aged, which is based on home, supported by community and supplemented by institutions, has gradually formed. However,up to now, with the further deepening of the aging population situation, there is still a big gap between China's pension services and the international level, and the construction of the medical-maintenance combined pension system still needs to be developed urgently.Based on the Marxist social security theory, this study deeply explores the problem of the old-age model of medical-maintenance combination in China, investigates and studies the old-age model of medical-maintenance combination in variousregions of China through the method of combining theory with practice, summarizes and analyses the influencing factors that restrict the development of the old-age model of medical-maintenance combination, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This article(based on the Marxist social security theory, the research of the model of the combination of medical and nursing care for the aged)consists of an introduction and five chapters. On the basis of explaining the research background, the introduction clarifies the research significance and research methods, and reviews the research results at home and abroad, with a view to providing experience and inspiration for the development of the old-age pension model of the combination of medical care and maintenance in China. The first chapter mainly outlines the theoretical basis of the old-age model of the combination of medical care and maintenance, that is,the Marxist social security theory, and defines the concepts of the disabled and semi-disabled elderly, the old-age care, the combination of medical care and maintenance. In the second chapter, the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the old-age pension model of the combination of medical care and maintenance in China are analyzed and studied.Chapter three gives a comprehensive review of the six typical old-age care modes in China at present, and analyses their achievements and existing problems. On this basis, combined with the current situation of the development of the integrated medical and nursing care model in China, the restrictive factors affecting the healthy development of the integrated medical and nursing care model at this stage are analyzed.Chapter four mainly introduces the characteristics of the combined medical and nursing care model in foreign countries and the Enlightenment of the combined medical and nursing care model in China. It studies thecharacteristics of the four models, namely, the intervention pension model in Japan, the welfare pension service in the United States, the integrated care model in the United Kingdom, and puts forward the experience and enlightenment. The fifth chapter, based on the Marxist social security theory, combines the problems existing in the present stage of the medical and nursing combination, puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement,so as to provide a solid research basis for the construction of the old-age model of the medical and nursing combination with Chinese characteristics.
