The Study Of Self-Care Ability Of The Elderly In Nursing Home Combine Therapeutic Model With Nursing

Objectives:To analyze the self-care ability level of the elderly people in the 3A-grade hospital,and to analyze the impact of the general demographic characteristics of the elderly people in the 3A-grade hospital and the impact of the single factor on the self-care ability.And to explore the effect of the combination of Medical care and nursing in the 3A-grade hospital on the self-care ability of the elderly people.Methods:Using a convenient sampling method,a total of 150 val id questionnaires were collected.Before the intervention of the elderly get routine care,no 3A-grade hospital medical care resources,no professional doctors,nurses on the elderly health and self-care ability-related content of the guidance and manageme nt;intervention in the routine care on the basis of the implementation of the 3A-grade hospitalmedical model Intervene.The elderly were followed up for 6 months,and the researchers collected data on the elderly's self-care ability at the end of the 6th month.Research tools include: patient general data questionnaire,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA).150 cases will be included in the study of the service mode of combination medical care and nursing,continued to intervene after 6 months,the colle ction of elderly self-care ability measurement data.Using the data to establish a database,the use of SPSS22.0 software,the data for statistical processing.(1)the general demographic characteristics of the elderly in the nursing home,the self-care ability of the elderly before the intervention and the descriptive analysis of the self-care ability and the level of the dimensions.(2)The general demographic characteristics of the self-care ability level of the elderly in the nursing home were analyzed by variance;(3)The difference of self-care ability before intervention was compared with t-test;(4)The difference of self-care ability between nursing staff before and after intervention was compared with chi-square test.Results:(1)The total self-care ability of 150 elderly people in the nursing home was 52.16 ± 18.60 points,which were at low and medium level.(2)The paired T test showed that the trend of self-care ability Before intervention(P <0.01).(3)The proportion of self-care ability and self-care ability in the four dimensions of high and low level(%),chi-square statistics show that the number of intervention in the high level was significantly higher than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:(1)The self-care ability of the elderly in the nursing home before the intervention is low and medium level.(2)the 3A-grade hospitalmedical care model make nursing home elderly self-care ability in the high level after intervention.(3)the 3A-grade hospitalmedical care model can improve the nursing home elderly self-care ability to promote the implementation of health behavior of patients to protect the safety of daily activities,saving social medical resources,reduce family burden.
