In the information age,in the face of a complex and ever-changing competitive environment,how to strengthen management,mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,and promote the healthy growth of organizations has become the core issue of modern management research.Flexible management of human resources is a modern management model that conforms to management theory and trends,and is a management system question that is necessary for organizations to adapt to social development.As the most flexible human resource management choice,flexible management is also the trend of management development.This paper taking Nanfang Hospital as an example,adopting the combination of theory and practice,and analyzing the human resources management of Nanfang Hospital from the perspective of flexible management based on the current situation of human resources management in Nanfang Hospital.The current situation discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing human resources management in Southern Hospitals.On the basis of analyzing the objectives and principles of flexible management of human resources in Southern Hospitals,combined with the actual situation of hospitals,it is proposed to create a flat flexible hospital organization structure.Scientific and perfect flexible performance appraisal mechanism,create a flexible and flexible incentive mechanism,improve the flexible and diversified and lifelong flexible training mechanism,and build a flexible talent flow system and other specific recommendations.Through the research in this paper,it is expected to improve the performance of hospital human resource management,and then provide reference and reference for similar hospitals.
