The hospital is the main body that provides health services for the whole society.It bears an important responsibility to safeguard people's health rights and solve the basic medical needs of residents.It is a non-profit organization with welfare nature.Establishing a modern hospital management system is an inevitable path for hospital reform and an important part of the reform of the medical and health system,and is essential for promoting the building of a healthy China.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and statistical analysis based on literature.Based on the theoretical analysis,the hypothesis is put forward.Firstly,based on the literature combing,the research hypothesis is proposed.Secondly,the variables are selected according to the theoretical analysis.Then again based on the provincial panel data of Chinese hospitals,a multivariate regression statistical analysis model is constructed.In addition,study the proportion of management personnel,the proportion of mixed managers,the composition of education and the composition of seniority,and introduce the level of economic development,the degree of government support for the health industry and the scale of medical resources as control variables,and study the impact on health performance.This paper research on medical according to the results of empirical analysis,hospital management personnel are taken as the entry point to analyze the hospital's human resource management and operation management.The empirical test results show that the improvement of the proportion of managers is conducive to the improvement of health care performance;the research hypothesis is that the mixed managers pursue high-quality services,promote organizational change,hypothetical research to improve the effectiveness of communication,and the increase in the proportion of mixed managers which conducive to improving health care performance;consistent with the research hypothesis that a management team with a solid theoretical foundation can improve operational efficiency,an increase in the proportion of highly educated managers can improve health performance;and an increase in the proportion of experience managers does not significantly improve medical care.Health performance has even caused a loss of health performance.Based on the results of empirical research,the following policy recommendations were made: focusing on the professional awareness training and targeted skills training of hospital administrators;actively promoting doctors to participate in management,improving hospital decision-making mechanisms,playing the role of expert governance,and improving medical care.Safety and quality management system,strengthen the construction of value culture;improve the human resources management system of hospitals,optimize the introduction,training,evaluation and encouragement of hospital talents,establish a talent flow mechanism;promote the rejuvenation of medical talents;reform the hospital's internal performance appraisal system,strengthen hospitals' value orientation of public welfare.
