ObjectiveIn this paper, the author took a tertiary hospital in Henan Provice as an example and analyzed its organizational structure, the doctor's performance evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, personnel flow mechanism, training mechanism, human resource management activities as the research objects. From the overall development from the hospital, doctors and other aspects of their job satisfaction, the doctor-patient relationship, the author researched in the operation process of the system and mechanism barriers to explore the patterns of the hospital the flexible human resources management, aiming to provide practical basis for enhancing the level of hospital human resource management and promoting the reform of health care.MethodsThrough the flexible human resource management and hospital human resources management related literature consult, flexible form of human resource management system of hospital, the rational understanding; On this basis, the field investigation, collection of Zhengzhou mainly large hospital doctors organization structure, the current performance evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, personnel flow mechanism, training mechanism, data, and by summarizing the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university human resources management present situation and the existing problems in; Using interview method, a comprehensive understanding of Zhengzhou university first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou city, the development level of human resources, the overall medical demand present situation, the doctor-patient relationship, etc., analyzed the necessity and feasibility of implementing flexible human resource management mode; In writing the paper, the actual working status of hospital doctors as the foundation, in human resource management mode as the research object, starting from the specific personality of hospital human resource management, abstracts the nature of the flexible human resources management rules and internal relations, the theory of integrated, flexible human resources management model for hospital's rational concrete.ResultsThrough research, there are many differences between the flexible and rigid human resource management of human resource management in the specific works, including in the applicable objects, the implementation of the organization, management, training, incentive, performance evaluation, career management, and other human resource management. Flexible human resource management model is more advanced, more suitable for the hospital human resource management mode.1 After years of reform and development, a hospital in Henan Province, the management of 50 people, only 0.7%, the total number of professional and technical personnel 6718 people, accounting for 90.7%,637 workers, accounting for 8.6%. In the top three hospital staff positions, professional and technical personnel accounted for 90.7%, is the absolute main body of the top three hospitals, reflecting the higher level of the top three hospitals, the proportion of management staff is not conducive to improving the. level of hospital management, from a long-term perspective is not conducive to improving the competitiveness of.2 Staff titles and academic structure, medical and health technical personnel 6718 people, of which 445 are senior titles (6.6%),550 Senior Deputy (8.2%),1025 (15.3%). Staff education structure, which has a doctorate of 723 people (9.7%), master 1479 people (20%), hospital human resources team structure basic reasonable, personnel management work steadily, the construction of talent management, and personnel management online platform basically completed.3 At the same time, the hospital also has some problems:the lack of adequate attention to career management, performance management needs to be further improved, the workers'happiness index needs to be further improved, long-term overall planning needs to be resolved, human resources management is insufficient, etc.. The total score of subjective well being of health care workers is 72.10+13.38, which indicates that the hospital has a large space for improvement in the use of flexible human resource management.Conclusions1 With the development of society, people become more knowledge oriented, the requirements of the management itself, the implementation of flexible human resource management model is the overall demand of the society.2 The organization characteristic of hospital flat is more advantageous to the diversification and the flexible human resource management mode, which lays the foundation for the hospital to construct the flexible human resources management model.3 The human resources of the hospital have the characteristics of high quality and ability, and it is easier to understand the advanced management idea, and more suitable for the management method, which provides the feasibility of the flexible human resource management mode.
