A Clinical Study On Chloasma With Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask And Wai Sting Method

ObjectiveTo compare if there is different between the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask and wai sting method, and external use qianbai combined with oral patch in treating the chloasma.MethodsTo recruit 60 patients according the standard and use randomized controlled trial divide the patients into two groups.30 patients for the treatment group and 30 patients for the control group. The patients in treatment group were adopted traditional Chinese medicine facial mask and wai sting method, while the patients in control group were adopted external use qianbai combined with oral patch. Two groups of interactions curative effect analysis. To observe how these two treatment methods affect skin lesions in patients with chloasma, by use the skin lesion area and color as the observed indicators. Four weeks are one course of treatment, the observation last for three months. After the treatment, let us evaluate the clinical curative effect about the before and after the treatment of patients with lesions area and color. All datas are analyzed by SPSS17.0.ResultsTwo groups before treatment, comparing with after treatment, have a statistically significant difference about lesions area, lesions color and total score (P<0.05), two groups were all improved. The treatment group and the control group total effective rate were 83.3%、63.3%. Through statistical analysis, two groups total effective rate had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group reveals leads to surpass the comparison group.ConclusionBoth treatment methods are curative effect. But the effect of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask is more significant, it is worth clinical further research promotion.
