Treatment Of Chloasma With Facial Sparrow-pecking And Body Acupuncture Clinical Study Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation

Objective:This subject belongs to the research field of acupuncture in the treatment of dermatosis,and its research scope is the clinical observation of acupoint acupuncture with sparrow-pecking method to treat chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type.The main purpose of the research is to observe the combination of sparrow-pecking method with body acupuncture to treat chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type and other Western Medicine on the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment.By comparing the therapeutic effects of smear therapy,we can make a scientific and objective judgment on the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture treatment group and the drug treatment group,and then compare them to select the best therapeutic effect.Methods:Through the analysis of the domestic research status and the research in the field of this subject,60 cases of chloasma patients with liver depression and qi stagnation were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and Western medicine treatment group.Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS23.0.The changes of clinical symptom scores and decline index of chloasma patients before and after treatment were analyzed,and a database was established.Contrastive analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is 86.7%.The total effective rate of the external application of Western medicine is 80.0%.Through comparative analysis,the curative effect of the acupuncture group is more obvious than that of the control group.The statistical results of the two groups show that P = 0.023 < 0.05,with statistical significance,suggesting that the curative effect of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The acupoint selection of patients with chloasma of liver depression and Qi Stagnation Type Treated by sparrow pecking and needling combined with body acupuncture is based on meridian system theory and physiological and anatomical theory.It has definite curative effect on chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type.This treatment method,on the premise of syndrome differentiation,has the advantages of simpletreatment,green treatment and no adverse reactions.It not only alleviates the pain of modern female patients,but also is more acceptable to patients.It has the value of clinical promotion.
