The Exploration Of The Features And Correlation Between TCM Constitution And ZhengXing Of AR

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between TCM Constitution Type and TCM ZhengXing by analysis of 220 patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).MethodCollect 220 epidemiological questionnaires of patients with AR,and categorized into nine group by Judgement table of TCM constitution Type and Classification,and also categorized into four TCM Zhengxing by ORL of TCM edited by RUAN Yan,hen arrange the collected data,establish a database and analyze the relationship between TCM constitution types and TCM Zhengxing by SPSS20.0 statistical software.ResultsWe collected 220 cases of AR patients,in which 102 cases are female and 118 cases are male,the male to female ratio is 1.157:1,in which the cases of children,young people,middle-aged,senile people are 59,83,60,18,respectively.The course of disease was 43 cases(19.55%)between one month and half year,120 cases(54.55%)between half year and one year,46 cases(20.91%)between one year and two years,10 cases(4.55%)between 2 years and 3 years,1 case(0.45%)over 3 years.Cases of Onset in Summer and Autumn,winter and Spring,and all years are 6(2.73%),18(8.18%)and 196(89.09%),respectively.2.The frequency of TCM Constition type is:Yangxuzhi(27.73%)>Qixuzhi(25.90%)>Tanshizhi(15.91%)>Shirezhi(10.91%)>Xueyuzhi=Qiyuzhi(5.91%)>Yinxuzhi(5.00%)>Pinghezhi(1.82%)>Tebingzhi(0.91%).3.The frequency of TCM Zhengxing is:Feiqixuhan Zheng(35.45%)>Piqixuruo Zheng(27.73%)>Shenyangbuzu Zheng(19.09%)>Feijingyunre Zheng(17.73%).4.In 220 cases of AR patients,Feiqixuhan Zheng are mostly common seen with YangxuZhi(43.59%)and Qixuzhi(26.92%)and Tanshizhi(16.67%),Piqixuruo Zheng are mostly common seen with Qixuzhi(39.34%)and Tanshizhi(18.03%);Shenyangbuzu Zheng with are mostly common seen with Yangxuzhi,Feijingyunre Zheng are mostly common seen with Shirezhi(48.72%)and Yinxuzhi(20.51%).ConclusionThe Constitution Type of AR patients are mainly Yangxuzhi and Qixuzhi,the Zhengxing of AR patients are mainly Feiqixuhan Zheng and piqixuhan Zheng,Feiqixuhan Zheng of TCM Zhengxing is closely related to Yangxuzhi and Qixuzhi of TCM Constitution Type AR,Piqixuruo Zheng is closely related to Qixuzhi,Shenqibuzu Zheng is closely related to Yangxuzhi,Feijingyunre Zheng are closely related to Shirezheng.The research show that there is a certain correlation between the AR patients' TCM Constitution Type and TCM Zhengxing,so in clinical treatment of AR,we should combine the TiZhiBianZheng and TCM BianZhengLunZhi to treat the disease,to balance the TCM Constitution Type we can get better therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrent rate of the disease.
