Zhuang Medicine Mechanisms Research Of Lotus Acupuncture Cupping Stasis Therapy On Allergic Rhinitis Different TCM Constitution

Objective: Allergic rhinitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa,Its incidence is global growth trends.Zhuang medicine as an important component of Chinese traditional medicine,It has a unique advantage in this regard.Through the observation of needle Zhuang medicine cupping Lotus stasis method the efficacy of different TCM constitution of patients with allergic rhinitis,Providing an effective basis for the treatment of various Zhuang medicine TCM constitution of allergic rhinitis,in order to provide a new,effective,safe,simple,convenient,economical,long-lasting method of treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods: The XX Hospital diagnosed as allergic rhinitis and meet the relevant conditions of 200 patients enrolled,Fill in Chinese medicine by directing physical identification table,based on 10 different physique,the patients were divided into nine groups(same constitution as a group).Each group patients received standard Lotus Zhuang medicine acupuncture and cupping therapy Stasis,First two days,10 times as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses.Research on 9 patients before and after the test serum S-Ig E,IL4 and TCM symptoms scores quantify changes,followed up patiengts for 6 months,to quantify the short-term effect by observing changes in symptom score assessment.Result: 1.Comparison within groups.After two courses(40 days)treatment,9 patients serum S-Ig E,IL4 and quantify clinical symptoms compared with pre-treatment scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison between the groups.After two courses of treatment,Yang deficiency patients serum and Qi deficiency patients serum S-Ig E,IL4 and clinical symptoms before and after quantization score decrease the absolute value than the other seven groups,a statistically significant difference between groups(P <0.05).3.Follow-up after 6 months of treatment,symptoms and treatment of quantitative score,the difference there was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The 9 treatment of patients no adverse reactions.Conclusion(s): Lotus Zhuang medicine acupuncture and cupping treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis Stasis efficacy.The effect of Yang deficiency type and Qi deficiency type constitution is the best.The mechanism is closely related with reducing serum IL-4 and S-Ig E levels.
