Comparison Of The Effective Treatment Of Third Lumbar Trans-verse Process Syndrome Between The Tiny Fire Acupuncture And The Warming Acup-moxibustion

ObjectiveBy the method of randomized controlled clinical trials and warming acup-moxibustion and blessings the clinical curative effect of tiny fire acupuncture therapy third lumbar transverse process syndrome,applicability,etc on the safety of two kinds of therapy combined with curative effect Through in the third lumbar transverse process take pressure method to find is the acupoint,respectively on two groups of patients with tiny fire acupuncture and the warming acup-moxibust ion treatment of comprehensive analysis,for different clinical treatments provided the scientific basis of the actual situation to benefit more patients with three lumbar transverse process syndrome.MethodsTreatment time is 2 weeks,fire and warm acupuncture 1 times a day,one day off after 3 times,observe the index selection for visual simulation evaluation method to evaluate the JOA low back pciin score(VAS)and criteria for diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,respectively,1,2 weeks before treatment after treatment were observed using scale and scale index score,use SPSS23.0 statistical processing,make analysis and evaluation system.ResultsSubjects between the two groups of course of the disease,age and gencler,and the VAS pain score,JOA score before treatment by comparing had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and explain the relevant baseline information has a balance between two groups VAS pain score,before 1 week after treatment 2 weeks after treatment scores before and after comparison of three times,two groups of score difference had statistical signifieance(P<0.01),showed that with the increase of number of treatment,the curative effect of two kinds of treatment methods can bring better.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatments,warming acup-moxibustion and tiny fire acupuncture,had roughly equal pain relief effects and pain relief rates for lumbago syndrome.In terms of JOA score,there were significant statistical differences between the two groups before and after the comparison of 3 scores(P<0.01),indicating that with the increase of treatment times,both of the two treatment methods could bring better efficacy and gradually improve the lumbar function.Therefore,the improvement of lumbar overall function in patients with lumbago third transversalis syndrome was better with the increase of treatment times,and there was no significant difference in the rate of improvement between the two treatments.In terms of the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the rank-sum test of the counting data between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the efficacy of warming acup-moxibustion and tiny fire acupuncture in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.ConclusionBoth of the two methods are effective in the treatment of lumbago tritransverse process syndrome,both of them can relieve pain and improve the functional status of the waist at a similar rate,although the efficacy is roughly the same within two weeks.Although the curative effect is roughly the same within two weeks,the two treatments have their own advantages and disadvantages compared with each other.According to the actual medical conditions and the degree of patient acceptance,the two treatments can be selected according to the best choice in the treatment of lumbago syndrome.There is no need to worry about the difference in curative effect caused by the choice of the two treatments,providing the doctors and patients with not only choice.
