Clinical Study On Fire Needle Therapy Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

ObjectivesRandomized controlled method to observe the clinical efficacy of the fire needle combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture therapy third lumbar transverse process syndrome, and compare the efficacy of the characteristics of the two, also discuss the mechanism of fire needle therapy third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods1. Randomized controlled method, the standard of 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 30 cases.2. Acupuncture acupoints:Ashi (mostly obvious pain point or partial cord, swollen hard place), two Venezuela, two Shenshu, two colon Yu, two air sea Yu. Experimental group received the fire needle combined with conventional acupuncture treatment and control group received conventional acupuncture treatment, both groups needle 30min,2 days of treatment 1,5 times for a course of treatment 1-2 courses.3. After the end of treatment, to observe the efficacy of the experimental group and the control group, the clinical results from back JOA pain score, VAS pain score and so on.Results1. JOA score and VAS scores before and after treatment between groups and within groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Experimental group cured 7 cases, improved in 22 cases, healed in 1 case, 3 cases in the control group were cured, improved in 22 cases,, healed in 5 cases, differences between the experimental group and control group was statistically significant efficacy (p<0.05). ConelusionThe clinical efficacy of fire needle acupuncture therapy combined with conventional the third lumbar transverse process syndrome was superior to conventional acupuncture treatment, worthy of promotion.
