| Objective:In contrast to the clinical efficacy of ashi point with weizhong blood-letting puncture and routine acupuncture,try to expound the action principle and strengths of this treatment to the Third Lumbar Trans-verse Process Syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis,create a new way of thinking for acupuncture clinical treatment of the Third Lumbar Trans-verse Process Syndrome.Methods:Follow the random control principle,60 patients were selected that conform to the three transverse process syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis,the treatment group and control groupwere divided by the method to random number table,30 cases in each group.The treatment group used the transport needling on ashi point with weizhong blood-letting puncture treatment,the control group used the routine acupuncture treatment.The evaluation of therapeutic effects of the two groups were after the three course,the clinical curative effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared from the VAS and JOA assessment.Choose SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups of cases of sex,age,duration and duration have no significant difference(P>0.05),there is comparability.2.The two groups of samples were compared to the VAS and JOA scores of the group before and after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group cured 24 cases,3 cases had marked effect,1 caseeffective and invalid in 2 cases;the control group cured 16 cases,4 cases had marked effect,2 cases effective and invalid in 8 cases.The total effective rate of treatment group were 93.33%,compared with 73.33% of the control group of efficient,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of transport needling on ashi point with weizhong blood-letting puncture is superior to conventional acupuncture for the three transverse process syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis,this treatment has clinical promotion value. |
