| Purposes:this thesis aims to find the clinical effect of Massage with ointment in the treatment of The Third lumbar transverse process syndrome,and explore its effect mechanism.Method:in this thesis, a randomized control study was designed on66cases of Third Lumbar Trans-verse Process Syndrome. One group of patients got treatment of massage together with ointment rubbing while the other took siwu decoction. Symptoms of each group before and after the treatment were traced down respectively to analyze different effects of treatments.Result:by comparison, the group treated by massage with ointment rubbing got better effect, with the efficiency of96.97%while the other is75.76%. And differentiation between the two kinds of treatments is obvious, with a result of P<0.05.Conclusion:massage with ointment rubbing can effectively reduce the symptoms of Third Lumbar Trans-verse Process Syndrome. Without side-effects and pains, it’s more accessible to the sufferers. |
