Acupuncture And Moxibustion Fire Cents Mild Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Low Back Pain

[Objective]:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the filiform-fire needle acupuncture with warming moxibustion on treating waist pain,and to compared with common acupuncture on pain improvement.[Methods]:20patients with filiform-fire needle with mild moxibustion for treatment,and compared with the information from"The clinical observation and experimental study on treating lumbago and leg pain with electro acupuncture".Specific operation:The filiform-fire needle acupuncture with warming moxibustion group:To needle Ashi points by using filiform-fire needles,each point gets3-5times needlings, then treating with common acupuncture with warming moxibustion lasting15minutes.These two groups get the same points, the main points are:Jiaji points、Shenshu、Dachangshu、 Yaoyangguan、Weizhong、Ashi points;the match points are:Feiyang、Kunlun、 Huantiao、Fengshi,etc.Aim for30minutes of treatment each time and once a day.Each group needs a period of treatment5times,and observing for4weeks. We recorded Visual Analogue Score(VAS) to judge the pain improvement.[Results]:The clinical curative effect showed the total effective rate of the filiform-fire needle acupuncture with warming moxibustion group was95%,effects of filiform-fire group were better than those common acupuncture group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]:The therapeutical effect of filiform-fire needle acupuncture with warming moxibustion is better than common acupuncture on treating waist pain,and having a good therapeutic effect.The specific experimental data of this experiment:the total number is20,3cases were cured,14cases were excellence,1cases were effective,2case was invalid.The common acupuncture group’s data from "The clinical observation and experimental study on treating lumbago and leg pain with electro acupuncture":the total number is30,3cases were cured,8cases were excellence,15cases were effective,4cases were invalid,the total effective rate was86.67%.According to the data comparison,it’s obvious that the therapeutical effect of filiform-fire needle acupuncture with warming moxibustion is better than common acupuncture on treating waist pain.
