ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion on Jiaji points with low back muscle function exercise and warming needle moxibustion on conventional points with low back muscle function exercise on Lumbar disc herniation, and it provides a reliable evidence for the clinical application.MethodsThe 60 patients with Lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group include 30 cases and were treated by warming needle moxibustion on Jiaji points with low back muscle function exercise, and the control group, which has 30 cases and were treated by warming needle moxibustion on conventional points with low back muscle function exercise. The efficacy criterion refer to the "Chinese disease diagnosis and therapeutic evidence standard" low back pain in the standard, evaluation by the Oswestry Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI) and the lumbar disease scoring criteria(JOA).The treatment time of the two groups was five times as a course of treatment, once daily, have two days rest for later further treatment, continuous treatment of two weeks, and evaluate curative effect after two weeds.Results1.Before treatment, the two groups have no obvious difference on the sex, age, course of the disease and the score of JOA,ODI(P<0.05), the two groups were comparable.2. After treatment compared with before treatment the two groups have significant different on the score of JOA and ODI(P<0.05), which means both therapies can effectively relieve symptoms of LDH.3. After treatment, compare the two groups in the score of JOA and ODI, there were notable differences (P<0.05), suggesting that warming needle moxibustion on Jiaji points with low back muscle function exercise has significant efficacy in the treatment of LDH.4. The treatment group and the control group all have good curative effect (The effective rate of treatment group is 93.33%, the control group is 83.33%), Therapeutic effect in statistical analysis, the treatment groups than the control group obviously(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment group and the control group has good curative effect on treatment of LDH, all can relieve pain, improve the clinical symptoms and signs. Compare with each other, the treatment group has a more obvious curative effect.
