Clinical Study On Tufuling Formula And TCM Health Management Intervention In Children With Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

ObjectiveThis study is to study the children with 1-3 years old lung spleen qi deficiency type recurrent respiratory infection(RRTI)as the research object,observe the clinical efficacy of the Tufuling formula combined with TCM health management intervention in children with repeated respiratory infections,to confirm the treatment of children with Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy The effectiveness and feasibility of respiratory infections provide a new way of thinking and methods for clinical treatment of this disease,and also provide data reference for the development of children's health management in China.MethodsNinety children with RRTI who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into 3 groups,30 in each group.Among them,the treatment group 1 was given the experience of the Tufuling formula combined with Chinese medicine health management,the treatment group 2 was given the Tufuling formula,and the control group was given the western medicine spleen amino peptide for 4 weeks.Followed up for 6 months.ResultsA total of 90 children with RRTI were included in the study,all of which met the diagnostic criteria for lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome.There were no significant differences in gender ratio,mean age,mean duration of disease,mean number of infections,disease grade,and symptom scores among the three groups in the treatment group,the treatment group,and the control group.P>0.05),and they are comparable.The Tufuling formula and the Tufuling formula combined with TCM health management in reducing the number of episodes of upper respiratory tract infection,the number of seizure days and improving the clinical symptoms of children with lung spleen qi deficiency are better than the spleen amine group,and the experience of bandits The combination of TCM health management is more obvious than the experience of using the bandits.It is more helpful to improve the physical strength,mental state,food intake,stool characteristics,and postprandial bloating.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in terms of symptoms and disease efficacy,the total effective rate of the Tufuling formula and TCM health management(treatment group 1)was 93.33%;the total effective rate of the Tufuling formula(treatment group 2)was 80%and 83.33%.The total effective rates of the spleen amino peptide group(control group)were 66.67%and 63.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTufuling formula and TCM health management treatment of children with repeated respiratory tract infections,lung spleen qi deficiency type,can effectively reduce the number of respiratory infections and improve clinical symptoms.
