The thesis provides a therapeutic review on Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection (RRTI) of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, which based on the experience and studying achievements of the experts. It summaries and discusses the clinical values and deficiencies of the two kinds of medical system. we carry on the clinical curative effect observation(including the times of recrudesence, clinical symptom, T cell subgroup, immune globulin)to 60 RRTI children before and after own treatment. we make a conclusion that Jian Pi Fang Gan Tang has good therapeutic effect on RRTI. It can enhance the cell immune function and reduce the times of catching RRTI, thus improve the quality of life.The thesis includes three parts. The first part summaries the knowledge of TCM and Western Medicine about RRTI, the present therapeutic conditions. The second part is clinical cases observation. The last is questions and prospects.
