Research Of The Clinical Effect On The Prevention And Treatment Of Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection With The Method Of Carrying Spleen And Strengthening Surface

In order to investigate its clinical effect and mechanism, we carried on study as follows.Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and microecology mechanism on children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection with the method of carrying spleen and strengthening surface.Methods : Forty cases of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Children with lung and spleen deficiency aged between 2 and 12 were equally randomized into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. During the intermission period of infection, the treatment group was treated with decoction Fu'gan ' ning fang , the control group was treated with Bifico. The two groups were treated for 2 months and followed up for 3 months, we compared the symptom integral calculus, clinical effect before and after the treatment. The two representative intestinal bacteria, Bifidobacteria and Escherichia coli in the excrement of the patients, were measured by the real time fluorescent quantitative PCR based upon Taqman technique. Then we compared the changes of the microbial population before and after the treatment. We investigated the clinical effect and the mechanism of the method of carrying spleen and strengthening surface by which Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Child was treated. Result: In the aspect of improving the clinical symptom of lung and spleen deficiency, the treatment group surpassed the control group(P<0.01);The effect rate of the treatment group was 90%, the control group was 60%, the treatment group surpassed the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups before the treatment in the quantity of Bifidobacteria and Escherichia coli and B/E value (P>0.05). After the treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant in the quantity of Bifidobacteria (P<0.05), the treatment group surpassed the control group(P<0. 05), the B/E value in the treatment group was also higher than the control group(P<0.05), but there was no difference in the quantity of Escherichia coli(P>0. 05).Conclusion: The method of carrying spleen and strengthening surface that prevents and cures Children' s Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection, not only can improve the symptom of lung and spleen deficiency availably, but also can shorten the course of the disease, reduce the frequency and intensity of the Respiratory Tract Infection that repeats again and again, moreover it can increase the quantity of Bifidobacteria and the B/E value , thus improves the intestinal microecology.
