| ObjectivePCOS,a shorthand for polycystic ovary syndrome,is a common type of disease in clinical practice.This time,a small sample study was conducted to compare the treatment of thunder moxibustion group and Western medicine group before and after the treatment,and the safety and value of thunder moxibustion for the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency PCOS.It provides a reliable,convenient,safe and safe clinical treatment for spleen-kidney-Yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome.It also provides an effective and safe treatment method for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodsFrom May 2017 to September 2018,I collected and visited the traditional therapy and gynecology clinic of Ersha Hospital of Guangdong Province.I included 60 patients who met the standards in the study.After a simple random grouping method:According to the random number table,60 patients were randomly divided into thunderbolt moxibustion group and 30 patients from Western medicine group(kromifen).Thunderbolt moxibustion group patients are treated twice a week,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and 3 consecutive treatment courses.Patients in the Western medicine group began oral administration of Western medicine Cromiphine on the 5th day of the patient' s retreating hemorrhage(progesterone)or natural bleeding,50 mg per day,1 day,5 days of continuous medication,and a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after the treatment,fill in the case observation form,enter the symptoms of Chinese medicine,sex hormones,basic body temperature,and related scales into the EXCEL table,and then introduce SPSS18.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results1.Baseline analysis:There is no significant difference(P>0.05)in the data of age,course,sex hormone level,and total points of symptoms of Chinese medicine before treatment in the pre-treatment moxibustion group and Western drug group.Comparability.2.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:treatment of 0 cases(0%)of thunder moxibustion group after 3 months,8 cases(26.67%),17 cases(56.67%)effective,5 cases(16.67%)invalid,total effective rate(83.33%);Western medicine group recovered 0 cases(0%),3 cases(10.71%),15 cases(53.57%)effective,10 cases(35.71%)invalid,and the total effective rate(64.29%).The curative effect belongs to the grade data,after rank and test,There was significant difference in curative effect between the two groups of TCM syndrome(P<0.05);The total score before and after the treatment of thunder moxibustion group was 17.73 ± 1.87,6.73 ± 3.90,and the total score before and after the treatment of Western medicine group was 17.86 ± 1.78 and 11.25±3.58,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),The difference between the two groups after treatment was 11.00 ± 3.90 and 6.61 ± 3.62,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was significant for the difference in the degree of improvement of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).For the comparison between the two groups of symptoms before treatment,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),and it was comparable.The two groups respectively compared the group and the difference was significant(P>0.05).The difference of points between the two groups of TCM symptoms was significant(P<0.05).3.Sex hormone level:LH was 14.50±2.74 before treatment and 9.35±1.83 after treatment;LH/FSH treatment before 2.83±0.34,1.78±0.40 after treatment;Before T treatment was 1.13 ±0.33,after treatment was 0.62±0.16,respectively,the two groups were compared bef'ore and after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);FSH was 5.17 ± 1.01 before treatment and 5.37 ± 0.94 after treatment.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Before the treatment of Western medicine group,the LH was 14.87±2.29,and after treatment it was 9.67±0.91;LH/FSH was 2.97± 0.28 before treatment and 1.86 ± 0.32 after treatment;T was 1.28±0.41 before treatment and 0.67±0.11 after treatment.The differences were significant in the group before and after treatment(P<0.05);FSH was 5.06±0.98 before treatment and 5.30±0.82 after treatment.There was no significant difference in the group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of LH,LH/FSH and T after treatment(P>0.05).4.BMI:In the group before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of body mass index(P>0.05).The two groups were compared before and after the treatment.After pairing T test,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).5.BBT:After 3 months of treatment,the two groups had a bipolar rate of 76.67%and 82.14%respectively.After the card test,?2?0.265,P=0.607>0.05,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of BBT in the two groups after treatment.6.Acne:There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment of acne score(P>0.05).The difference was significant in the group before and after the treatment of thunder moxibustion group and Western drug group respectively(P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,the acne score was poor.After two independent samples were tested without parameters,P=0.027<0.05,the difference was significant.significance.7.Hairy aspects:The mFg score was compared between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The two groups were compared before and after the treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conciusion1.In the short-term,improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine,Thunderbolt moxibustion is better than Western medicine group.2.In the short term,in terms of improving sex hormones,both can change the levels of LH,LL/FSH,and T hormones,and there is no significant difference in the efficacy of thunder moxibustion and Western medicine.3.In the short term,in terms of improving body mass index,both the Thunderbolt Moxibustion Group and the Western Medicine Group have poor efficacy.4.In the short term,there was no significant difference in the curative effect between Thunderbolt moxibustion group and Western medicine group in terms of improving basic body temperature.5.In the short term,to improve acne,Thunderbolt moxibustion is better than Western medicine group.6.In the short term,the improvement of hairy areas is not satisfactory. |
