Purpose: To study the effect of "Ginger separated moxibustion on Shenque,Guanyuan and bilateral Tianshu points combined with oral Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet" on the TCM symptom score,individual symptom score,Bristol stool classification,cure rate and recurrence rate of functional diarrhea patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and to observe the effect of "Ginger separated moxibustion on Shenque,Guanyuan and bilateral Tianshu points combined with oral Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet" ”The therapeutic effect and the safety of the method lay a foundation for further study on how to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease.Materials and methods: The patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(25 cases)and the treatment group with Western Medicine(25 cases).The trial period was 6 weeks,divided into 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up.During the treatment period,on the basis of diet intervention,the combination group was treated with ginger separated moxibustion at Shenque point,Guanyuan point and bilateral Tianshu points on the basis of oral bifidobacteria quadruple viable tablet(0.5g * 12 tablets / box,Hangzhou Yuan Da biopharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.);the western medicine group was treated with Bifidobacteria quadruple viable tablet.Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets were taken orally three times a day.They were treated for 2 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.Observe and record the changes of TCM symptom score,Bristol stool classification and single symptom score before and after treatment,as well as the changes of total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups after treatment,and make statistical analysis.Results: There were 50 patients in this trial.1.This experiment found that the combination group and Western medicine group can alleviate the symptoms of patients to a certain extent.Among them,the improvement of fecal characteristics,defecation frequency,dredge meridians,chilly limbs and other symptoms was more significant in the combined group(P<0.01);there were statistical differences in the aspects of little food,abdominal distention,induced or aggravated by careless diet,limb fatigue and fatigue(P>0.05);it can be seen that the combined group has a better and more lasting improvement than the western medicine group in stool characteristics.The total effective rate was 88.00% in the combination group and 52.00% in the western medicine group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The combination group was better than the western medicine group.In terms of follow-up recurrence rate,the recurrence rate of combination group was 16.2%,and that of Western medicine group was 47.36%,which was significantly lower than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).2.No adverse events occurred in 50 patients.Conclusion: Ginger separated moxibustion on Shenque,Guanyuan and bilateral Tianshu points combined with oral Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet can significantly improve the defecation characteristics(including undigested food in stools),chilly limbs,defecation frequency and other symptoms of functional diarrhea patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,with remarkable results,which can better improve the quality of life of patients,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment period,the safety of the treatment can be confirmed.
