The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation of clinical practice of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational nursing specialty in Yantai City.By understanding the time,place,content and mode of teachers' participation in clinical practice,the author analyzed the attitudes,opinions and influence of teachers' participation in practice,and found out the problems that teachers encountered in clinical practice,and determined the strategies to improve the clinical practice effect for the future.The "double-qualified" teachers of secondary vocational nursing specialty participate in clinical practice to provide a reasonable training mode,and provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of teachers' clinical practice and their enthusiasm for practice.On the basis of consulting a large amount of data and combining with the questionnaire of clinical practice of nursing teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,this study designed and developed a questionnaire suitable for the current situation of clinical practice of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational nursing specialty,and investigated the clinical practice of 125 "double-qualified" teachers in nursing specialty in Yantai City,and combined with literature retrieval and interview,grasped it more clearly and objectively.Teachers' needs in clinical practice should clarify the improvement direction of future clinical practice.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the clinical practice of "double-qualified" nursing teachers in secondary vocational schools in Yantai City.A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed and 99 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 79.2%.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems such as inadequate management,low satisfaction,unsatisfactory practice effect and low practice enthusiasm in secondary vocational schools.Comparing the influencing factors of "difficult to take care of family" among teachers of different ages,it was found that there were significant differences(P < 0.01).Through the analysis of the problems in clinical practice,this paper finds out the reasons and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods,including improving the clinical practice management system of "double-qualified" teachers in nursing specialty,establishing individual clinical practice mode,improving the clinical practice effect and providing effective incentive and evaluation mechanism,and so on,to enhance the clinical practice effect of teachers.
