Teachers and students are the most active factors in school management, the interactive relationship between teachers and students is consisted of harmony and conflicts. The conflict between teachers and students is a common phenomenon in the process of school management, which directly affects the success or failure of school education and teaching. There are problems of conflict between teachers and students in S nursing vocational secondary school education activities in the daily education, and sometimes even more serious, the students and teachers have a negative impact on the work. How to solve this problem is worthy of deep thinking and research. In this paper, by using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interviews and case study methods of S vocational school teachers and students conflict carries on the investigation and the analysis, the analysis of the cause of conflict between teachers and students so as to seek the management countermeasures that can ease the conflicts between teachers and students, finally put forward corresponding suggestions, intended by this study enable teachers and students to understand correctly and deal with the conflict between teachers and students, and also can make the adversarial conflict between teachers and students can be effectively controlled and avoided, meanwhile let teachers and students can effectively use positive conflicts. This not only can promote harmonious and healthy development relationship between teachers and students, but also can ensure the normal teaching work can be carried out smoothly.
