Objective : The clinical efficacy and safety of The clinical efficacy and safety of guyangshenshi prescription were observed through the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency)with guyangshenshi prescription designed by the tutor,so as to provide a new feasible idea for TCM disease differentiation and treatment of this disease. This subject observed the clinical efficacy of guyang infiltration decoction for IBS-D syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency through a randomized controlled clinical study, and provided objective basis for the clinical promotion of guyangshenshi prescription through a reasonable comparison with traditional Chinese medicine bupi yichang pills. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of shanxi provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.Statistical software was used to generate a random number table of 1-60 Numbers.According to the1:1 allocation standard, the patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). Both groups had basic treatment. The treatment group was given guyangshenshi prescription without decoction,400 ml of which was washed with hot water,200 ml at a time, and taken warm for half an hour after meals in the morning and evening. The control group took bupiyichang pills,6g/ time,3 times/day,half an hour after meals.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks, the curative effect of TCM syndromes, total score of TCM syndromes, comprehensive curative effect of diseases, symptom severity and colonic transit test before and after treatment were counted. Results the statistical software spss21.o was used to analyze and compare the obtained statistical data according to different statistical methods. Results:Before treatment, there were no statistical differences between the two groups in age, gender, state of the illness, disease progression,TCM syndrome total score and irritable bowel syndrome severity score.4 weeks after treatment on two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total integral and irritable bowel syndrome severity score were compared, the results are all P < 0.05,statistically difference, after the score was significantly lower than before treatment, after treatment the curative effect significantly better than before the treatment,so solid Yang moisture penetration soup and tonifying spleen beneficial intestinal bolus of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome andspleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in the general symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine syndrome all have good curative effect. After treatment, the two groups of patients were compared, and the curative effect of TCM syndromes and western medicine was significantly improved. The curative effect of the two groups of patients is different, the effective rate of the treatment group is 92.86%,the effective rate of the control group is 74.07%,so the improvement of the overall symptoms of the treatment of guyang infiltration is stronger than the improvement of the overall symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine. The ranch-sum test was used for the comprehensive efficacy of western medicine in the two groups,P < 0.05,so there was also a statistical difference in the overall efficacy of the two treatment schemes in western medicine, while the effective rate in the treatment group was 89.28%,and that in the control group was 70.37%.At the same time,no adverse reactions or side effects occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: 1.Guyangshenshi prescription is more effective in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)in terms of TCM syndromes, severity fraction of irritable bowel syndrome and comprehensive efficacy than bupi yichang pills.2.This prescription has no obvious adverse reactions in the feedback of all patients in the treatment group,so it can be considered that guyangshenshi prescription is safe and reliable, and worthy of wide clinical application. |
