Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Large Box Moxibustion

Objective:In this study,by comparing the curative effect difference between "acupuncture" and "large box moxibustion" in the treatment of cold and wet lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,we discussed the clinical efficacy and mechanism of large box moxibustion,and provided new ideas and reliable schemes for clinical treatment.Methods:63 cases with diagnostic criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group,31 cases in the control group and 32 in the treatment group,according to the random number table.In the control group,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Weizhong,Yaoyangguan points were treated by the method of needle acupuncture and flat nourishing and reducing manipulation.The treatment group received moxibustion with a large box of moxibustion in the oblong region of sacrum under the spinous process of the first lumbar spine.Before the trial,the gender,age,course of disease and other general data of the two groups were statistically processed,and the results were not significantly different,respectively,before and at the end of the treatment.JOA Lumbar function scale and VAS pain scale score were used to evaluate the effect of pain scale.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,JOA,VAS score before treatment(P > 0.05)between the two groups.2.The JOA score before and after treatment in the control group was tested by t test.The results showed that P was 0.000,less than 0.01,indicating significant difference,indicating that acupuncture could obviously improve the lumbar spine function of the patients.And the JOA score before and after treatment in the treatment group was evaluated by t test.The results showed that P was 0.000,less than 0.01,indicating that the large box suspension moxibustion could obviously improve the lumbar vertebrae function of the patients.After treatment,the JOA score of the two groups was tested by t test.The results showed that P was 0.04,less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Before and after treatment,the VAS score of the control group was tested by rank test,and the result showed that p was 0.000,less than 0.01,which indicated that acupuncture could obviously improve the pain symptoms of the patients.And the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment.The results showed that P was 0.000,less than 0.01,which indicated that acupuncture could obviously improve the pain symptoms of the patients,and the pain symptoms of the two groups were obviously improved after treatment.The results of rank test showed that the VAS score of the treatment group was0.008,less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,which indicated that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),which indicated that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Large box moxibustion can obviously improve the symptoms of lumbar vertebrae dysfunction and low back and leg pain in patients with cold and wet lumbar disc herniation,which is more effective than the control group,and is easy to operate.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
