Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion on cold-wet lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Will included in the standard of 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse sp by random number table method of random Numbers will be divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, the treatment group treated with acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion and control group using acupuncture combining with moxibustion is acupuncture point treatment, two groups of treatment 1 times a day,10 days as a course, for 2 course of treatment,2 days off during the treatment course.VAS pain score,JOA low back pain score and lumbar motion were recorded in detail before and after treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated after treatment. The collected data were statistically analyzed through SPSS23.0 to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.A total of 59 cases were completed in this study, and 1 case was excluded from the treatment group. Before treatment, statistical analysis was conducted on the general data,VAS pain score,JOA low back pain score, lumbar forward flexion, posterior extension, left flexion, right flexion,left-handed rotation and right-handed rotation of the two groups of patients, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups: 6 cases were cured,22 cases were improved and 1 case was not cured in the treatment group, with a cure rate of 20.69% and an effective rate of 96.55%.In the control group,2 case was cured,23 cases were improved and 5 cases were not cured, the cure rate was 6.67% and the effective rate was 83.33%.According to statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion was better than that of acupuncture combined with moxibustion at ahashi point.3.Comparison of VAS pain scores before and after treatment between the two groups:comparison of VAS pain scores between the two groups after treatment and within the group before treatment showed significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that both treatments could effectively improve patients' VAS pain scores. After treatment, the VAS pain score of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion treatment was better than acupuncture combined with moxibustion with ahashi point treatment in improving the VAS pain score of patients.4.Comparison of JOA low back pain score before and after treatment between the two groups: after treatment, the JOA low back pain score of the two groups was compared with that of the two groups before treatment, and the difference was significant(P<0.01).It indicates that both of the two treatment methods can effectively improve the JOA low back pain score of patients. After treatment, the score of JOA low back pain in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion treatment was betterthan acupuncture combined with moxibustion at ahashi point in improving the score of JOA low back pain in patients.5.Comparison of lumbar mobility before and after treatment between the two groups:after treatment, the angles of lumbar flexion, posterior extension, left flexion, right flexion, left and right flexion were compared with those before treatment in the two groups, and the difference was significant(P<0.01),indicating that both treatment methods can effectively improve the lumbar motion angles in all directions. After treatment, the activity angles of lumbar anterior flexion, posterior extension, left flexion, right flexion, left rotation and right rotation in the treatment group were compared with those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion treatment was better than acupuncture combined with moxibustion and aishi point treatment in improving the activity angles of lumbar vertebrae in all directions. Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion and acupuncture combined with moxibustion aisheng point is effective for cold and wet lumbar disc herniation, and both treatment methods can effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbago and leg pain in patients, and improve the motion angles of lumbar flexion, extension, left flexion, right flexion, left flexion and right flexion.Acupuncture combined with thermally-sensitive moxibustion is superior to acupuncture combined with moxibustion at a shi point in terms of curative effect, pain relief and lumbar mobility improvement.
