ObjectiveAcupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.In recent years,there are numerous related literatures on the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat lumbar disc herniation.At present,many scholars use different meridian acupoints,special specific acupoints,intervention measures and other combination therapies to treat lumbar disc herniation.The treatment information,the rules and characteristics of the use of acupoints are intertwined.At present,some scholars have studied the rules of using acupoints for lumbar disc herniation.However,due to the wide variety of research documents,the differences in statistical methods and time spans,in order to further expand and discover the correlation and clustering rules at different levels,this article From the perspective of attribute partial order structure theory,the research granulates,analyzes and mines literature knowledge,visualizes the knowledge,forms a knowledge spectrum,and uses the results for clinical experiment observation.Use the attribute partial order theory to discover the knowledge spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation,such as the use of acupoints,specific acupoints,the association and clustering between acupoints and acupoints,treatment intervention plans,etc.,and explore the related knowledge between levels and branches,and use In clinical practice,analyze and summarize the treatment process.It is to provide more data and clinical evidence for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with acupuncture,and to provide further ideas and reference for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in the future.MethodsThe research is divided into two parts.The first part is a comprehensive search for documents from the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,and Wanfang Medical Journal Database.Using the advanced search function in the database,the search literature includes the publications of major academic journals and master and doctoral dissertations of major universities.Using the same search combination with advanced search function,the key words are "acupuncture" and or plus"acupuncture.and or plus"electroacupuncture" and or plus "warming acupuncture",the attribute selection is accurate,and the subject vocabulary is"lumbar disc herniation".According to the set inclusion and exclusion conditions,each literature data was excluded and entered one by one.After establishing and standardizing the data,analyze the attribute partial order structure and frequency statistics to generate a Multi-level tree diagram and frequency analysis diagram.The second part is to use the acupoint prescriptions obtained from the analysis of the attribute partial order structure to observe the clinical cases.Collect 60 patients who meet the criteria in the Health Center,Malaysia,and use the random number table method to randomly divide the patients into 2 groups,30 Patients in the treatment group were treated with warm acupuncture(Shenshu Moxibustion,Weizhong,Huantiao,Yanglingquan,corresponding to Yaojiaji points,Zhibian,and Zusanli points),and 30 patients in the control group were treated with oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated used.6.In clinical observation,it was found that warm acupuncture therapy could improve the objective and subjective indexes of patients,which were better than those of the control group.7.Warm acupuncture can effectively relieve low back pain,improve the quality of life of patients,improve lumbar dysfunction and serum indicators,the results are better than the control group,with statistical significance.
