Thie Clnical Research On Du Moxibustion Of Lumbosacral Portion And Acupuncture In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: On the basis of previous studies, this study explore the clnical effeect onDu Moxibustion of lumbosacral portion Acupuncture and in treating Lumbar DiscHerniation. According to this research to explore that if the Moxibustion and Acupuncturecan make the synergistic effect.Methods: The study selected60cases of LDH patients, divided into three groupsrandomly with20cases of Du Moxibustion of lumbosacral portion+Acupuncture asobservation group,20cases of Acupuncture as control group1,20cases of DuMoxibustion of lumbosacral portion as control group2. All of the cases were treated forone treatment period.We evaluated every case according to the following indexes beforethe treatment and after treatment including JOA,VAS and the efficacy.Results: After one period of the treatment, the JOA,VAS and the efficacy ofobservation group had the statistical significance compared with the control groups. Theeffective rate of the observation group was95%.The effective rate of the observation group1was73.7%and the group2was65%.Conclusion: Du Moxibustion of lumbosacral portion and Acupuncture in treatingLumbar Disc Herniation can effectively make the synergistic effect together.
