The Correlation Of The Occupational Stress And Family Function Among Clinical Second-Childpregnant Nurses

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of occupational stress and family function of second-child pregnancy nurses in clinical,identify the main influencing factors of occupational stress and family function and explore the correlation between occupational stress and family function,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to alleviate the occupational stress of second-child pregnancy nurses.Methods:180 clinical second-child pregnancy nurse of 6 grade III hospitals in nanchang were collected from June 2018 to February 2019 using objective sampling method according the exclusion and inclusion criteria.The questionnaire survey was conducted with general information questionnaire,family function assessment scale(FAD)and Chinese Nurses Sources Scale(CNSS).According statistical analysis to describe the level occupational stress and family function of second-child pregnancy nurse.Analyzing the influence of the general condition on occupational stress and family function of second-child pregnancy nurse,as well as the relationship between occupational stress and family function.All data were statistically processed using SPSS17.0 softwareResults:1.The total average score of occupational stress of clinical second-child pregnancy nurses is(2.15±0.58),the levels of the occupational stress from high to low are as follows : workload and time allocation dimension(2.30±0.75),working environment and instruments dimension(2.29±1.05),nursing and aspects of work dimension(2.22±0.59),patient care dimension(2.07±0.65),managerial and interpersonal dimension(1.90±0.76).2.The score of 7 dimensions of family function are as follows : generalfunction(2.16±0.36),problem solving(2.21±0.45),communication(2.26±0.38),family role(2.34±0.33),emotional response(2.33±0.44),emotional involving(2.37±0.46),behavior control(2.39±0.32).3.Univariate analysis of variance showed that occupational stress of second-child pregnancy nurses was significantly related to age,education background,pregnancy,main family caregivers,professional title,position,nursing age,night shift and employment form(P<0.05).4.Univariate analysis of variance showed that family function of second-child pregnancy nurses was related to education background,pregnancy,main family caregivers,position,nursing age,section office,night shift,family distance from the unit and family income,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Correlation analysis showed that the total occupational stress score and the scores of each dimension of second-child pregnancy nurses were positively correlated with general family function,problem solving,communication,family role,emotional response,behavioral control respectively(P<0.05).6.Multiple regression analysis showed that occupational stress of clinical second-child pregnancy nurses was related to problem solving,family role,communication,current pregnancy,duty and employment form.Conclusion:The occupational stress and family function of clinical second-child pregnancy nurses were medium level,and there was significant correlation between them.Family functional dimensions including problem solving,family role,communication and general demographic data including the current pregnancy,duty and employment form have the largest impact on the occupational pressure of clinical second-child pregnancy nurses,which requires more understanding and attention from nursing managers and families.
