Objectives:To know under the comprehensive two-child policy,married nurse mother's work-family conflict,professional pressure,social support status,analyze the relationship between the work of family nurses,family conflicts,occupational stress,and social support.Analysis of the influencing factors of occupational stress of fertile nurses.Methods:497 female fertile nurses from 3 sanjia hospitals in Hunan Province were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.surveyed Questionnaires include general questionnaires,nurse work stress scales,work-family conflict scales,and social support scales.The obtained data was input into Excel software to establish a database,and SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Statistical analysis using descriptive analysis,t-test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1.The total occupational stress score of the fertility nurse was(88.12±20.51),the total occupational stress score of the one-child nurse was(86.19±21.35),and the occupational stress of the second-child nurses was(90.07±19.49).The occupational stress of the two-child nurse was higher than thatof a one child nurse,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Thetotal score of working family conflicts of fertile nurse was(56.59±12.85)points,the time conflict score of a one child nurse family's work was(2.95±0.84),and the time conflict score of the two-child nurse family's work was(3.12±0.93).The time conflict between the two-child nurse family and the work was higher than that of a one child nurse,it was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total score of social support of fertile nurse was(38.69±6.83)points,the social support score of a one child nurse was(37.15±6.28),the social support score of two children nurse was(40.26±7.02),and the social support of the two-child nurse was higher than that of a one child nurse.academic significance(P<0.05).2.The occupational stress of the fertility nurses was positively correlated with the work-family conflict and each dimension(r=0.234~0.540,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with social support and dimensions(r=-0.171~-0.475,P<0.01).3.The results of single factor analysis showed that the number of children,the type of employment,the title,the average weekly working hours,the number of years of work,and the number of elderly people in the family need to care have an impact on the occupational stress of the fertility nurse,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that number of children,type of employment,age,average weekly working hours,working years,number of elderly people in need at home,work-family conflict,social support were the main factors affecting the occupational stress of a one child nurse,explaining a total of69.6% of the variance.Conclusions:1.The fertility nurse has a moderately high level of occupational stress,the occupational stress,social support level,and family time conflicts of the two-child nurses are higher than that of a one-child nurse.2.The main factors affecting the occupational stress of nurse are the number of children,the type of employment,age,average weekly working hours,working years,the number of elderly people in the family to take care of,work-family conflict,social support.
