Satisfaction Analysis Of Medical Insurance For College Students

Since the implementation of the public medical care system in colleges and universities in 1952,the basic medical insurance system for college students has been developing steadily.With the continuous expansion of its coverage and the continuous increase of the population,it has become a field of study for many scholars.However,the policy can not fully meet the medical needs of students,there are still many aspects to be improved.Therefore,based on the satisfaction of college students on medical insurance,the paper evaluates the satisfaction of college students on medical insurance through the form of questionnaire survey,find the main factors affecting satisfaction,and then find out the problems existing in the operation of college students' basic medical insurance,and put forward targeted suggestions.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction and the characteristics of contemporary college students,the paper constructs the evaluation model of college students' medical insurance satisfaction,and uses structural equation model to test and analyze the determinants in the model of College Students' medical insurance satisfaction,and using multi-factor analysis of variance to study whether gender,household registration and monthly consumption levels have an impact on college students' medical insurance satisfaction level,the results are as follows.First,Through questionnaires,it is found that undergraduates in Nanchang have a low awareness of basic medical insurance and a low level of satisfaction.Second,The basic medical insurance system,medical experience,and basic medical insurance awareness have a positive impact on the satisfaction of medical insurance for college students.Among them,the basic medical insurance system has the greatest impact,and the medical experience has the least impact.Third,the proportion of reimbursement,the standard of payment,the effect of drugs and the understanding of referral process are still the focus of college students' attention.The highest payment amount,service attitude,timely diagnosis and treatment,the understanding of medical policy and reimbursement process are also important factors for college students.Fourth,Gender and household registration have no significant effect on the satisfaction level of medical insurance for college students,and the monthly consumption level has a significant impact on the satisfaction level of medical insurance for college students.According to the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the satisfaction of medical insurance for college students.
